You will work on U.S. international tax forms, perform E&P and GILTI calculations, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure precise service delivery. A CPA track and strong Excel skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA eligibility with intent to pursue CPA certification.
• 1+ year of progressive international tax compliance experience preferred.
• Strong tax technical and accounting skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with international tax compliance, reporting, modeling and consulting.
• Coordinate and review tax work with offshore team.
• Prepare U.S. international tax forms (e.g., 1118, 5471, 5472, 8992, 8865, 8858, 1042, 8802, K-2, K-3, 8833).
• Compute earnings & profits, ECI, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and Subpart F allocations.
• Assist with international tax compliance projects and foreign tax credit analyses.
• Evaluate eligibility for international tax elections, including GILTI high-tax exception.
• Utilize Excel and tax tech tools to support compliance and modeling.
• Manage project budgets and deadlines; communicate with clients and team.
