Job summary

GovCIO is hiring an International Support Lead to supervise IT field services for TSA international locations and coordinate incident resolution across the globe. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to obtain DHS/TSA clearance.

Fully remote position with a focus on international operations, program development, and process improvements in a global IT environment. Qualified candidates should demonstrate extensive international experience and security clearance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT field services leadership (international)
• Experience overseeing deskside and mobility support, deployment services, asset management, and A/V/OCM
• Ability to coordinate complex international programs and obtain security clearances (US citizenship)

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a International Support Lead for our newly awarded TSA Focus contract.Leads IT support operations for TSA's International Locations, ensuring system uptime and operational readiness. Supervises engineers and coordinates incident resolution. Implements IT process improvements and standard operating procedures. Coordinates all International support across the globe in close collaboration with the DPM Global Operations Manager. This position will be fully remote

Responsibilities

• Basic Qualifications

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in an International setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling

• Possesses strong strategic management leadership and interpersonal skills, applies domain expertise to make decisive problem-solving decisions, and effectively plans and coordinates complex project implementationsClearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

• High School Degree with 12+ yrs experience

• Clearance Level:Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

• Requires a broad base of technical knowledge and demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.

Posted Salary Range

USD $165,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
