Job summary

Archbishop Williams High School is seeking an International Student Coordinator to integrate international students academically and socially into the AWHS community. You will teach ESL to international and domestic students and coordinate with Enrollment Management and Guidance to support students' schedules and progress.

• Teach English as a Second Language to international students and domestic students needing support.
• Monitor academic progress and report to Guidance, Administration, and international agencies.
• Create academic intervention programs to ensure progress of international students.
• Ensure adherence to the Student/Parent Handbook and International Students Handbook.
• Oversee social integration and participation of international students in extracurricular activities.
• Create events to foster community among international and domestic students.
• Assist Enrollment Management with admissions interviews for international students.
• Recruit and retain international students in collaboration with Enrollment Management.
• Maintain the I-20 forms for all international students.
• Serve as a liaison between international student agencies and Archbishop Williams.
• Identify ways to better serve the international student population in line with the school's mission.
• Perform additional duties as determined by the Principal or President.
