Job summary

Bentley University in Waltham, MA seeks an International Student & Scholar Advisor to serve as DSO/ARO for 1000+ students. You will advise on maintaining lawful status, issue forms I-20 and DS-2019, and develop orientation programs.

Collaborate with campus partners, manage confidential records per FERPA and USCIS, and support international scholars with intake and program development. Occasional evenings/weekends and a hybrid schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–2 years of related experience in international student advising.
• Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to technology and systems.
• Experience in higher education or with international students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on SEVIS processes and maintain records for 1000+ students and dependents.
• Issue Forms I-20 and DS-2019 and update immigration records.
• Develop and implement orientation programs and events for international students.
• Collaborate with campus partners and draft mass communications.
• Assist with international scholar intake and confidential records management.
