You will liaison with foreign staff and IT to ensure timely sales and compensation activities, build analyses to grow Net Preferred Customers in international markets, and support compensation policy compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, etc.).
• Experience coordinating international sales processes and analytics.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support senior staff in the International Department.
• Provide sales analysis to foreign entities for review.
• Prepare monthly operating and financial reports.
• Identify key business indicators impacting international growth and profitability.
