Job summary

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation seeks a Program Associate to support the Safe Water initiative, coordinating grant-making, budgeting, and program operations. You will work with program staff, grantees, and external consultants to advance impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant nonprofit or social mission experience.
• Strong writing skills for diverse audiences.
• Comfort with complex budgets and program plans.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant-making and reporting processes, including budgeting and portfolio coding.
• Support review and monitoring of grantee progress and budgets; prepare analyses.
• Assist in board write-ups and dashboard materials for presentation.
• Facilitate meetings, vendor/consultant contracts, and project reporting.
• Conduct 1-2 site visits per year to monitor portfolio and guide direction.
• Engage in learning convenings and knowledge sharing with stakeholders.
