Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Merchandising professional to own international product assortments and partner on global initiatives. You’ll manage line sheets, trend analysis, and collaboration with distributor markets to drive sales and profitability.

Effective communication in emails, calls, and presentations is essential, as is delivering timely product updates and coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Merchandising experience with a large volume of SKUs.
• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• International experience is preferred.
• Sales/Wholesales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand product lines for Distributor countries and manage assortments for each market.
• Own product lines and brand initiatives; build and manage assortments relevant for each market.
• Collaborate with international partners to understand product availability, trends and initiatives.
• Maintain line sheets, adds/drops, and reductions for select countries.
• Attend meetings with partners to discuss business state and needs.
• Analyze sales by country and identify growth or loss in categories.
• Communicate product and business information to partners promptly across time zones.
