Kirton McConkie PC, a prominent Salt Lake City law firm, seeks an experienced legal assistant to join our International Section as a project manager for a team of attorneys with diverse practice areas.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling many matters, and capable of providing proactive support and timely status updates to attorneys and clients. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and two years of law-firm experience is desirable.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in a law firm preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain centralized list of matters, assignments, deadlines, and priorities.
• Follow up with team members on progress and next steps.
• Identify approaching deadlines, stalled matters, and items needing attorney attention.
• Provide concise status updates to attorneys and clients.
• Maintain attorney calendar.
• Help manage attorney correspondence and e-mail.
• Format and construct various legal documents and memoranda.
• Organize and maintain files (physical and electronic).
• Provide proactive and advanced legal support as needed.
