Job summary

Brigham and Women's Physicians Organization, Inc. in Boston seeks an experienced, board-certified internal medicine physician to join the International Patient Services Division.

You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive care to international patients while coordinating across our network of hospitals in Boston. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, diplomats, and payors to ensure seamless care journeys and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified internal medicine physician in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of practice preferred.
• Eligible for clinical privileges in internal medicine at both BWH and MGH.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and CRM.
• Second language preferred (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Provides primary and focused care management to international patients during their stay.
• Coordinates care between multiple specialties across MGB.
• Communicates regularly with referring physicians from home country, embassy medical coordinators, and payors.
• Participates in QA/QI reviews of international patient cases.
• Conducts comprehensive executive physical exams per established guidelines.
