The University of Georgia is seeking a Student Assistant to support international grants during the summer. This role involves arranging meals, coordinating lodging and travel, and providing clerical assistance to the grant team.
A split focus includes logistical coordination and administrative tasks with some driving responsibilities. Hours are 10–12 per week, with a total summer commitment that includes clerical support and logistics work.
This position will provide program assistance for the three international grants operating from May through July 2022. It involves arranging and picking up meals and supplies, providing clerical support, collecting receipts from participants, and assisting with logistic planning and facilitation as directed. The role requires 10–12 hours of work per week during the summer.

FLSA: Non‑Exempt
FTE: 0.50
Percentage of time: 45% (Logistics), 45% (Clerical), 10% (Other duties)
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Sit at a desk for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and drive to perform job‑related duties.
The position is not a position of trust, does not have access to financial resources, does not require a P‑Card, requires driving, and does not involve direct interaction with children or patient care. It also has no security access.
