Job summary

Applied Research Solutions seeks an experienced FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/HB portfolio, including international C2 and FMS for Qatar. The role is based at Hanscom AFB, MA with CONUS/OCONUS travel and entails managing acquisitions, developing SOOs, SOWs, and RFPs, and presenting briefings to senior leaders.

Requirements include US citizenship, active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of relevant DoD experience (6+ DoD). Master’s/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Must have Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, 6+ in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMS acquisition programs per DoD policy and regulations.
• Coordinate with SAF/IA, AFSAC, DSCA and other offices.
• Develop acquisition planning, SOO/SOW/PWS, RFPs, and contract prep.
• Prepare program status briefings for senior leadership.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS, including Qatar.
