Zusammenfassung

STRS Ohio seeks an Assistant Portfolio Manager, International Equity (Quantitative) or Portfolio Manager, International Equity (Quantitative) to join the Investment/International Equity team.

You will manage the Europe, Australasia and Far East (EAFE) Quantitative and Emerging Markets Quantitative portfolios and conduct research supporting portfolio construction, risk management and long-term performance objectives for the International Equity asset class for STRS Ohio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced coursework.
• 8–12 years of quantitative portfolio management experience is required.
• 10+ years’ experience strongly preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• CFA designation is strongly preferred or pursuing the charter.
• Familiarity with factor models, risk models, simulations, and econometrics is expected.
• Proficiency in SAS and programming for large data analysis is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct timely portfolio analysis and management to support STRS Ohio’s international equity strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing the EAFE Quantitative and Emerging Markets strategies.
• Analyze macroeconomic and market data and advise country allocations.
• Oversee international equity quantitative analysts and communicate performance and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of international markets and present findings to investment staff.
