Job summary

Turning Point for God is seeking an Operations Administrator to support international outreach, production, marketing and administration. This role manages international TV promotional activities, represents the International Department in Marketing meetings, and assists with reporting to advance the ministry’s global mission.

The position is full-time at Turning Point’s International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian Ministry.
• Familiarity with international broadcast/media landscape a plus.
• Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support that enables the Director of International to operate efficiently and achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items as needed.
• Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation while ensuring timely routing and completion.
• Coordinate the development of board reports and presentations for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
• Receive and process regular reports from partners.
• Manage International English-language Radio and Television Promotional Activities.
• Plan, manage, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television promos in international markets.
• Plan, maintain, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television programming outside the United States.
• Advance the effectiveness of Turning Point’s international outreach by fostering collaboration between International, Marketing, and Creative Services and coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in tracking promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
