  • Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits.
  • Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system.

Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation of $1,000 per successful placement for an academic year student and $800 per successful placement for a one-semester student. Total annual earnings will vary based on the number of placements achieved, with potential compensation ranging from $1,000 to $20,000 per year depending on performance and area growth opportunities.
