You will partner with leadership to integrate plans into broader forecasts and collaborate with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain for data-driven reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvement, internal controls, and audits, with a hybrid work setup and an annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead international month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze sales, cash, and inventory reports; identify key trends and variances.
• Support international forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Partner with senior leadership to align international plans with forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve data reporting.
• Ensure accurate accounting across third-party distributor platforms and ERP.
• Develop and document accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Assist with broader Finance initiatives and special projects.
