Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company in Nashville invites applicants to join the Internal Wholesaler Training Program. This program provides licensing and training for a sales career in financial services, helping participants learn products, client planning, and how our sales model drives retirement strategies.

Participants will obtain SIE, Series 6/63, and State Life Insurance licenses within 90 days and complete projects while learning our systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA 63, State Insurance License required.
• If registrations are not held, they must be obtained within 90 days but will be limited in certain functions until complete.

Responsibilities

• Obtain SIE, Series 6, 63 and State Life Insurance License within 90 days.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Learn Jackson's systems, sales model, and products.
• Participate in trainings and develop knowledge of the financial services industry.

Job Purpose

The Internal Wholesaler Training Program provides a highly motivated individual with an opportunity to earn the licensing and complete the necessary training for a sales career in the financial services industry. This is achieved by learning about the industry, Jackson, and how the products we sell fit into a client's overall financial planning and retirement strategy. The program is designed to help an individual develop the skills necessary to become an Internal Wholesaler or RIA Internal Consultant within approximately 5-8 months after being hired.

Essential Responsibilities

• Obtain SIE, Series 6, 63 and State Life Insurance License registration within 90 days. Additional FINRA licensing may be required.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Learn Jackson's systems, sales model, and products.
• Participate in trainings and develop knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Work with Internal Wholesalers and RIA Internal Consultants to learn about the wholesaling role, territory management, and product sales.
• Complete New Hire Product Training and Supplemental Training.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.

If the required registration(s) is not held by the applicant, the individual will have 90 days to obtain the required registration(s), but will be limited in job function until complete registration(s) is obtained.
