Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Internal Wholesale Analyst to join the Alternative Distribution team in Greenwich, CT. This role builds relationships with financial advisors, educates them on iCapital’s alternatives, and drives platform adoption and revenue growth across the marketplace.

You will partner with External Wholesalers, manage advisor pipelines, and own the lifecycle of advisor engagement—from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field
1–2 years outbound sales experience
Background in investment or financial services; familiar with alternatives
Strong command of Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Tableau or BI tools is a plus
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required
Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification preferred or must obtain within 2 years of hire

Responsibilities

Build pipeline and drive revenue by prospecting and activating new financial advisors
Lead go-to-market campaigns and campaigns for new product launches
Be a trusted alternatives expert and deepen knowledge to consult advisors
Drive CRM discipline and maintain Salesforce records and advisor profiles
Manage and grow referral revenue and route opportunities to internal teams
Act as main contact for advisors regarding investment creation and servicing
