Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an internal travel assignment supporting our facilities in the Ashland/Washburn, Wisconsin area, including Court Manor/Ashland Health Services and Northern Lights Services.

The role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours scheduled and 35 hours guaranteed. Pay includes hourly wage, housing stipend, meals & incidentals, and travel reimbursements. This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and benefits; licensing reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin OT license or ability to obtain one.
• NBCOT certification required.
• SNF experience preferred.

Pay Package

• $28.00/hr taxable
• $791/week housing stipend
• $476/week meals & incidentals
• $2,387 estimated weekly gross
• $2,070 estimated weekly net
• Up to $400 travel to the assignment
• Up to $400 travel home at completion
