Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an internal travel COTA to support Saint Charles, MN assignments on a weekly pay basis. The position includes housing and meals stipends, license reimbursement, and benefits as a W-2 employee.

Minnesota COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, with 13-week blocks and 40 scheduled / 35 guaranteed shifts. This role offers ongoing opportunities in southeastern Minnesota near Rochester, with travel reimbursement up to 400 per trip and comprehensive benefit

St. Charles is in southeastern Minnesota with Rochester, Winona and bluff-country outdoor recreation nearby.
