Job summary

BaneCare Management is seeking licensed CNAs to staff facilities in Western Massachusetts through our internal agency. Earn up to $25/hour with competitive shift differentials and a flexible schedule.

Requirements: active Massachusetts CNA license for at least 1 year, compassionate resident care, assistance with ADLs, and a focus on safety and residents' rights. Join our extended family and contribute to quality care across Springside and Craneville Place locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA for at least 1 year in the state of Massachusetts.
• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to facility residents.
• Assist residents with their ADLs and provide total care where needed.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Ensure residents rights are respected and they are treated in a dignified manner.
