OneAmerica Financial is seeking an Internal Sales Partner to support growing sales within a defined region. You will collaborate with regional directors and external wholesalers to drive activity, using calls, webinars, and case design to foster opportunities.
The role requires a Life & Health license within 4 months, a high school diploma, and a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Hybrid work in Indianapolis with occasional travel to CA, IN, or ME as needed.

The Internal Sales Partner's primary function is to support growing sales for the company. The purpose of this position is to work with a Regional Sales Director (external wholesaler in Care Solutions) or Field Sales Director (external wholesaler in traditional life & annuity products) to grow sales in a specific sales territory. An Internal Sales Partner's role in the sales process is everything from garnering interest in our products through an application coming in-house. This includes the primary responsibilities listed in the section below.

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
