Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Internal Operations Intern to support tax document workflow and client information intake. This internship may be full-time preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week possible as a part-time arrangement.

The anticipated start is January 2027 and end in April 2027. Responsibilities include reviewing client tax documents, organizing and routing information, compiling returns, and assisting the team to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize client incoming tax documents.
• Assist with intake of tax information and prepare for routing.
• Ensure client documents are tracked and kept current.
• Organize, scan and process tax documents.
• Assemble client tax returns following procedures.
• Assist team in meeting government deadlines.
• E-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Prepare informational tax documents as needed.
• Provide general operational support as requested.
