Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking Internal Operations Interns at our Green Bay/Sheboygan/Appleton locations. The role supports tax document handling, intake, organization, and preparation for routing.

Start date is January 2027 with a potential end in April 2027, and a schedule that may be full-time or at least 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with strong preference for that field, and must be willing to learn new technologies and travel

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize client incoming tax documents.
• Assist with intake of tax information and prepare for routing.
• Ensure all client documents are tracked and current.
• Organize, scan and process tax documents.
• Assemble client tax returns following established procedures.
• Assist team in meeting government deadlines.
• E-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Prepare informational tax documents as needed.
• Provide general operational support as requested.
