Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Internal Medicine Residency Program Director to lead curriculum, recruiting, teaching, and supervision of residents in accordance with ACGME requirements.

The Program Director will hold an academic appointment with the affiliated medical school, set strategic direction, ensure program standards, and foster integration with hospital services to advance patient care and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of Internal Medicine post-residency clinical experience.
• Three years of GME teaching/administrative experience as Program Director or Associate PD.
• Strong communication skills and active involvement in research and scholarship.
