Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a passionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care – East Paris team. This full-time, outpatient role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm hours with 3 days of call per month supported by 24/7 nurse triage and on-site Medical Assistant support.

You will teach residents and medical students, collaborate with six physicians and two nurse practitioners, and provide high-quality care using Epic EMR and MyChart.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or eligible.
• Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document in Epic EMR and coordinate care.
• Engage in teaching residents and medical students.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support community health efforts.
