Qualifications

• BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start.
• American Heart Association BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment.
• Deliver care across the continuum with a focus on value-based care and robust specialty support.
• Integrate behavioral health with primary care teams.
• Participate in a flexible scheduling model and use a state-of-the-art EMR system.
