Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join a clinic-only practice at West Acres Clinic. The role supports a robust team, including four advanced practice providers and nursing staff, with a schedule of 36 contact hours per week and 18–20 patient visits per day.

The compensation package is excellent, including paid malpractice insurance, with additional bonuses or production-based incentives possible. IM residency training is required.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• IM Residency training was completed or in progress
• Clinic requires a full-time Internal Medicine physician with a collaborative practice style

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine care in a clinic-only setting with a team-based approach
• Manage a patient load of 18–20 patients per day
• Work with a robust team including four Advanced Practice Providers and nursing staff
• Participate in a dynamic, collegial clinical environment with hospitalist support
