NP Now, LLC is recruiting Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for full-time, permanent roles in Buffalo, NY. Positions are open across multiple nearby sites with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and rotating Saturday coverage.

The team emphasizes independent practice within a supportive, physician-led environment across several clinics within about 30 minutes of each other.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for New York medical license.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Adaptable with occasional travel between nearby clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple sites.
• Manage 16–20 patient visits per day.
• Rotate Saturday coverage based on location.
• Work in a team-oriented environment with physician autonomy.

Overview

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Buffalo, NY. Join a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York. This established, mission-driven organization is seeking three Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout the Buffalo area.

Current Locations: Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, Lockport. With over 180 employees, the organization continues to grow while maintaining its commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. A fifth location is scheduled to open by year-end.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent employed position
• Openings available at all practice locations
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday coverage based on clinic location
• Average patient volume of 16–20 patients per day
• Rotating phone call schedule (one week at a time)
• Opportunity to work across multiple sites, all located within approximately 30 minutes of each other
• Supportive, team-oriented environment with physician autonomy

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or able to obtain a New York medical license
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Adaptable and flexible with occasional travel between nearby clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $190,000–$200,000 annually
