Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Texas is seeking Internal Medicine physicians to care for adults 18 and older, ensuring prevention, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and smooth recovery. You will order tests, conduct follow‑ups, and refer to specialists within the Optum network using EPIC EHR to support care coordination.

Clinics operate 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday; some call coverage may include periodic hospital admissions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency training.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas.
• Board certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• See adult patients 18+ in outpatient setting.
• Order tests, perform follow-ups, and place referrals as needed.
• Interpret basic tests and imaging to plan care.
• Collaborate using EPIC EHR across the Kelsey-Seybold system.
