NP Now, LLC is seeking an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician for a multi-location Connecticut outpatient practice. 100% office-based, Monday–Friday with an option for a 4‑day week. Adults 18+; light call schedule with two weekend calls per year and one weeknight every two months.

Compensation ranges from $255,000 to $355,000 plus uncapped RVU incentives, sign-on or residency stipend, comprehensive benefits, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• H1B visa status acceptable.

• Full-time outpatient primary care, seeing adults 18+.
• Option for a 4-day work week.
• Phone call only: 2 weekend calls per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months.
