Skilled Wound Care in Tampa, FL is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no pager responsibilities.

Full-time or part-time options with a salary range of $250,000 to $500,000 per year for full-time. MD/DO with Florida license and DEA eligibility required. Wound care training is provided and bonuses are available based on performance.

Internal Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation

Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)

High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses

Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Internal Medicine Physician Schedule

Part-Time: 2-3 days per week

Full-Time: 4-5 days per week

Internal Medicine Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Internal Medicine physicians and hospitalists, as well as Family Medicine physicians and surgeons of all backgrounds. No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
