Job summary

WILLIAM D MCCONNELL MD in Maryland seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join and eventually take over a traditional practice. This turn-key opportunity offers control of schedule and life, with direct pay and low overhead, and potential conversion to Concierge care if desired.

The successful candidate will continue to provide personalized care to a manageable patient load in a well-established setting with excellent staff and patients. Transition support is available.

Qualifications

• Proven internal medicine experience is essential.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems.
• Board certified in internal medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to office patients, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Order or perform tests when needed and analyze results promptly to diagnose and treat.
• Manage a reasonable patient caseload while delivering exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing training and conferences to stay current with best practices.

Job Summary

I am seeking a dedicated and highly skilled INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN to join and ultimately take over my traditional Internal Medicine Practice. This is a turn-key opportunity to step into a well-established practice with wonderful patients and excellent staff in an ideal location. The successful candidate will continue to provide exemplary personalized care to a manageable number of patients. Yes, it is possible to do what you love, provide excellent care to your patients and have control of your schedule and life. I will stay on to ensure a smooth transition. Direct pay + low overhead = ample compensation, but the practice is ripe for conversion to Concierge format if desired.

Experience/Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer medical advice and service to all clients in our office practice, including diagnosing issues and illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists


• Order or perform tests as needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to diagnose and treat


• Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care


• Properly complete and maintain accurate records


• Participate in ongoing training and support through conferences and events to continue to offer the best, up to date care for every patient
