Job summary

DayToDay in Highland, California, seeks a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its faith-based, community-focused primary care clinic. You will develop personalized patient relationships and create individual health and wellness plans while delivering comprehensive primary care within a collaborative, team-based environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers and chaplains to provide whole-person care.
