U.S. Army Medical Corps seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to diagnose and treat patients within the Army health care system. You will supervise direct patient care, participate in health promotion programs, and contribute to medical education and training for Soldiers and medical staff.

You will have opportunities to lead medical units, perform research on military diseases, and support humanitarian missions while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and officer training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Foreign graduates may apply with permanent certificate from ECFMG

Requirements

• Doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy; foreign graduates may apply with permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates

• Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico

• Eligibility for board certification

• Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship

• Between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers granted on a case-by-case basis)

• U.S. citizenship
