SCPMG is a physician‑led partnership organization with a patient‑centered and evidence‑based approach to high quality medicine, seeking Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our clinics.

This role will provide transitional outpatient care for recently discharged high acuity patients during the high‑risk post‑hospital period. The physician will manage complex medical conditions, including patients who may still require near inpatient level support.

Salary Range: $412,275.00 to $432,131.00
