Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Albuquerque, NM is seeking Internal Medicine Physicians to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call, Monday-Friday position offers clinical autonomy and training in wound care.

You will manage chronic conditions, perform bedside debridement, and collaborate with facilities to improve patient outcomes. We value your Internal Medicine training, provide comprehensive wound care training, and support a flexible practice environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background preferred; wound care training provided.

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures with training provided.
• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide clinical care for patients with chronic wounds and comorbidities.
• Coordinate patient care and documentation in a no-call weekday schedule.

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000-250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
