Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to perform bedside procedures and enhance clinical autonomy.

You will evaluate chronic wounds, apply advanced dressings, and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities. Training is provided for wound care, with full- or part-time options in a supportive, employee-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities on wound care.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Develop long-term patient relationships and continuity of care.

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000–250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs
