Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible.
• Must have the ability to obtain necessary licensure and certifications.

Skills

BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA

Ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

Education

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program
