Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan at the M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodwinds in Woodbury, MN.

The role offers a 0.8–1.0 FTE schedule with 34 patient contact hours per week and 16–18 encounters per day. OB call occurs at 1:8. You will join a 20-provider primary care practice with 17+ onsite specialists, using EPIC and Nabla AI to streamline charting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Prepared by ABMS or AOA.
• Licensed or eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
• Examine, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions and support preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain continuity of care using EPIC workflows and Nabla AI support.
