Job summary

A healthcare organization in Chicago is looking for an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician to provide comprehensive primary health care services. The role includes performing physical examinations, admitting patients, and documenting all care activities. Candidates must have an MD or DO, complete residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and be licensed in Illinois. Qualifications

• Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Board certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, MD or DO.
• At least three (3) years of experience in community health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations on new and return patients.
• Admits patients to the hospital; refers clients to other institutions as necessary.
• Documents all patient care activities per EFHC standards.

Skills

Licensed physician in the state of Illinois

Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
