Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking Internal Medicine Physicians in Cambridge, MA. Candidates will manage an existing patient panel in a team-based environment and have the opportunity to teach at Harvard Medical School.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $240,000-$260,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a Medical degree with training in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in patient care and team-based settings.
• Ability to teach medical students and residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing patient panels effectively.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents from HMS.
• Utilize fully integrated EMR (Epic) for patient care.

Internal Medicine Physicians

• CHA primary care clinics are NCQA certified level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes and our providers work in team based settings
• Taking over an existing patient panel
• East Cambridge is home to the CHA PACE program
• Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Opportunities exist to teach medical students and residents from Harvard Medical School, and academic appointments are available for those meeting HMS criteria
• Competitive, guaranteed base salaries commensurate with experience

CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-$260,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.
