Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) in Cambridge, MA seeks physicians in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds to join a respected academic health system affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Positions include teaching opportunities and HMS appointments, with a guaranteed base salary of $240,000–$260,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• BE/BC required or board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience in academic/teaching settings preferred.

Primary Care Opportunities

CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-$260,000is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.

CHA is a teaching affiliate of HMS. This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
