Job summary

Privia Health seeks a Board Certified NP or PA to join our outpatient team in Virginia/DC, focusing on high-acuity chronic disease management for adults and geriatric patients. The role involves 4 days/week full-time schedules and patient panels with around 16 patients daily.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care, manage hypertension and diabetes, and participate in preventative health services based on provider preference.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Washington, DC and/or Virginia (or eligible to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity chronic disease management and complex adult/geriatric care.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care including hypertension, diabetes, weight management, and preventative health.
• Collaborate with a collaborative outpatient team; no clinical call required; lead physician handles call.
