Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Hartford, CT seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient academic role in collaboration with UCONN.

You will care for patients in a community health clinic, teach UCONN Internal Medicine residents, lead quality improvement initiatives, and provide leadership and resident coverage as needed.
