Located about 85 miles east of Portland in the Columbia River Gorge, this role supports comprehensive, evidence-based care with on-site diabetes education, behavioral health integration, and strong APP collaboration within EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year U.S. medical school (allopathic or osteopathic) or equivalent.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.

Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has an outstanding opportunity for an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician. Boasting a balanced work week and call expectations allow for a healthy work/life balance. Family Medicine is a designated NHSC (National Health Service Corps) service site allowing for loan repayment options, as well as a Rural Health site offering Oregon income tax credit. Our team welcomes new graduates and experienced doctors alike, to work with a cohesive group of APPs, physicians, nurses and medical assistants who are very passionate about evidence-based whole-person care. We are a designated 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home with integrated Behavioral Health, on-site diabetes education and EPIC EMR.

Education:
