Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of clinical industry experience.
• Ability to learn trial management systems and MS Office applications.
• Basic familiarity with medical terms and clinical drug development.
• Awareness of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to manage deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers analyzable reports and metrics for study teams.
• Collates data for feasibility and site selection assessments and reviews study documents.
• Tracks site activation, enrollment, and monitoring visits against plans; escalates issues.
• Ensures timely receipt of scheduled reports and TMF reconciliations.
• Maintains strong site communications and coordinates with internal/external teams.
• Supports close-out activities and oversight of third-party vendors as needed.
• Suggests process improvements and participates in SOP revisions.
