Regeneron is seeking a Clinical Study Specialist to join the Clinical Trial Management team in Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ. You will provide technical and administrative support to study teams, helping keep trials on track from site activation through close-out, while collaborating with Clinical Study Leads, CROs and study sites.

This role offers on-site work with hybrid flexibility, and requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of industry experience in a clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a clinical setting.
• Ability to learn trial management systems and MS Office applications.
• Basic familiarity with medical terms and clinical drug development.
• Awareness of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes reports and coordinates trial team meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Tracks site activation, enrollment and monitoring visits against plans.
• Supports TMF reconciliations and study close-out activities.
• Communicates with sites and internal stakeholders.
• Contributes to SOP revisions and process improvements.
