Endeavor Health in Elmhurst IL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for the Internal Medicine Elmhurst Health Center #3. This full-time position offers an average of 40 hours per week with flexible hours and on-call rotation.

The APP will perform exams, order tests, interpret results, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients in outpatient settings. IL licensure, DEA and BLS/CPR are required; outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• APN or PA licensure in IL required.
• Master’s level degree in specialty area completed.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations.
• Order imaging, labs, and diagnostics; interpret results.
• Maintain records and write progress notes; collaborate with health team.
