Medicorp, Inc. seeks BC/BE Internists for outpatient internal medicine roles in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Positions offer a competitive base salary plus productivity incentives and are outpatient-only with flexible four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts.

• Utilize dedicated admin time for charting and care management.

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC/BE Internists to join their team

• Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts
• Daily patient volume averages 18 to 22 adult and geriatric patients per day with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting and care management
• Appointment blocks scheduled as 30 minutes for new/complex patients and 15 to 20 minutes for routine follow-ups
• Outpatient phone-only call rotation (approx. 1 week every 8 to 12 weeks) with zero inpatient rounding or hospital duties
• Integrated after-hours nurse triage filters routine patient calls
