CHI Health Clinic in LaVista, Nebraska, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a multispecialty team delivering high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care. Build a thriving practice while collaborating with hospital-based providers and Creighton University affiliation.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, develop lasting patient relationships, use EPIC EMR, and participate in a shared clinic call schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Completed Internal Medicine residency/training program.
• Nebraska medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care.
• Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Participate in a shared clinic call schedule to promote work-life balance.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Internal Medicine Physician, you will join CHI Health Clinic in LaVista, Nebraska, and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With your background in Internal Medicine, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice while serving as a trusted healthcare partner for individuals and families throughout Nebraska.

Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.

• Completion of an Internal Medicine training program
